We keep personal data only for as long as is required to deliver the contracted services. One year after the contracted services have been delivered, we delete all personal data excluding contact details required for future correspondence (full name and email address).

This data processor does the following activities for us: Customer Relationship Management Software - a database of all of our customer information which includes quotes, contracts, information gathering, and invoicing.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Email platform where most of our communication with customers takes place.

Microsoft Office Suite and OneDrive (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365)

This data processor does the following activities for us: Storage of personal information and documentation.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Website analytics data, lead generation forms, and email marketing.
